Contacts are the constituent records you haven't archived; archiving is free and keeps all history. If you go over your band we'll show a reminder, but we never block gifts, donations or imports, and we never upgrade you mid-term: your band is reviewed at renewal. All plans include roles and permissions, two-factor login, the donor portal, EU hosting and full export. Card processing is charged by Stripe on your own account, and donors can choose to cover it. On the Free plan, donors may add an optional tip to OrchidHall at checkout. Prices in US dollars, excluding any sales tax or VAT.
